Special and/or sensitive personal data that I process

My website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, I cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. I therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. How long I retain personal data

The Intuitive Eating Coach (BalanZEN/OASIS) does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. I retain the data in my accounting system for at least 7 years, partly to comply with all my legal obligations. This data will be deleted by me within 1 year after these obligations have expired.

The above period applies, provided that I have no further legal obligations to retain the data and/or keep it available for longer.

The Intuitive Eating Coach (BalanZEN/OASIS) does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, I ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Social Security Number (SSN). This is to protect your privacy. I will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
