My name is Heleen, a Dutch origin. I am a digital nomad travelling around the world, working remote as a virtual assistant while doing house and pet sitting. I am also a positive body image & intuitive eating practitioner, or 'The Intuitive Eating Coach' with focus on women.
Born in 1968 and raised in the Netherlands, I never really felt at home over there, though I feel very privileged and thankful for the safe environment my parents lovingly raised my two older brothers and myself in.
I was always looking for a sense of freedom, having curiosity and knowing there’s more to explore in the world. So, at first, I started as a flight attendant for Dutch airline Martinair for 7 years to be followed by 8 years as ground staff for KLM Royal Dutch airlines, which gave me the opportunity to travel and see a lot of the world.
